Lilah Bloom is at her mother's wedding when she's struck by lightning. Upon waking up in the hospital, she notices that she's hearing voices. She hears the voice of her deceased Bubby Dora, and a fashion designer, among others.
Her Bubby is determined to help Lilah find a woman for her father to date, and help her get a date with the 7th grade class hottie Andrew.
